Seraphique began as a response to a gap that its founders witnessed repeatedly: talented professionals and their families arriving in Kuching to take up residency, only to find themselves adrift in an unfamiliar city with no one to turn to.
Our founding team — longtime Kuching residents with backgrounds spanning property management, interior design, and community development — came together to create something quiet and steady: a service that walks alongside new arrivals rather than simply handing them a list of contacts.
Today, Seraphique operates from our office on Jalan Padungan, working closely with a network of trusted suppliers, maintenance professionals, and local specialists. We keep our team intentionally compact, because our model depends on genuine attention — not volume.
