What areas in Kuching do you cover?
We primarily serve Kuching and its surrounding districts within Sarawak, including Padungan, Tabuan Jaya, Stutong, and the Damai coastal belt. If your property is in another area, do reach out and we will advise on availability.
Can I engage more than one service at a time?
Yes, many of our clients combine services — particularly the Neighbourhood Immersion Guide alongside the Post-Move Settling Service. We can structure an arrangement that suits your timeline and priorities.
How long does the Premium Furnishing Package typically take?
The timeline depends on the scope and supplier availability. Most engagements are completed within two to four weeks of your move-in date. We will outline a realistic schedule during our initial consultation.
Do you work with short-term rental tenants as well?
Our services are designed primarily for longer-term residential tenants. That said, we consider requests on a case-by-case basis — please get in touch and we will discuss what may be suitable for your stay.
Is there flexibility in the furnishing budget?
The RM 4,450 service fee covers project management, coordination, and styling. The cost of furniture and items is separate and determined by your preferences and budget, which we discuss openly at the outset.
